Steward is invoice-operations software built and operated by Harborlight Systems. It is used by the staff of a single golf club. This page covers the text messages Steward sends.
What we collect. Your mobile number, only if you enter it yourself on your own Steward settings page and confirm it with the code we text you.
What we use it for. Two things: sending you a sign-in code when you ask for one by text, and sending a one-line receipt when you text a photo of an invoice to our number. Nothing else.
What we do not do. No marketing. Your mobile number and your text-messaging opt-in are not shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your number with anyone except the messaging provider that delivers the texts.
How long we keep it. For as long as your account is active, or until you remove the number or reply STOP.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any message to end texts. Reply HELP for help. Remove the number on your settings page at any time.
